Duration: 6 Months (Possible Extension)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Assembly Technician to support the assembly, integration, and testing of aerospace components and systems. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in aerospace assembly and integration, working with structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.
Responsibilities:
- Perform assembly, integration, and testing of aerospace components per engineering specifications.
- Work with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
- Follow work instructions, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.
- Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in aerospace assembly and integration.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and schematics.
- Experience with fasteners, torqueing, bonding, and sealing techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
