- Troubleshoot and optimize mechanical & electrical equipment
- Enhance equipment reliability, uptime, and safety compliance
- Partner with maintenance & production teams for continuous improvement
- Research and recommend new manufacturing technologies
Requirements:
- 5 years of electrical or mechanical experience
- Hands-on experience with Allen Bradley PLC controls
- Strong background in SAP (3-5 years)
- Excellent leadership & problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a lean manufacturing environment
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
