Job Title: IT Data Analyst
Location: Fort Worth, TX, USA
Duration: 6 Months (Possible extension to 12 Months)
Job Description:
We are seeking an IT Data Analyst to join our Global Sales Data Management & Reporting Team. This role involves managing CRM configurations, leading data integrity projects, and collaborating with technology providers and internal stakeholders to enhance system functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage implementation project plans and CRM configurations.
- Oversee CRM customization and seek approval for technical solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate documentation and requirements delivery.
- Provide guidance on sales automation solutions and address system-related issues.
- Work with IT teams to integrate business unit needs, including IBM Watson, Power BI, and data warehouses.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with at least 3 years in data analysis or CRM-related roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with project tracking tools such as Rally and knowledge of Siebel and Sabre queries (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and independent decision-making skills.
Salary : $53 - $54
