Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and recommend new software, utilities, and tools to improve business processes.
- Configure and set options to change the way SAP programs work, ensuring optimal performance.
- Lead projects/programs and technical staff to develop, test, and implement significant new solutions.
- Conduct investigation activity/research and provide technical advice on adopting or integrating new technologies.
Requirements:
- A degree in IT and/or a complementary business degree.
- At least 10-13 years of experience in SAP PTP process areas, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Prior management experience with problem determination and resolution skills.
- Strong collaboration and partnering skills, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
