• Bachelor of Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience in related fields.
• Ability to take on assignments with minimal guidance and effectively leverage diverse ideas, experiences, thoughts, and perspectives to the benefit of the organization.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Knowledge of business concepts, tools and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business.
• Ability to learn new skills and knowledge on an on-going basis through self-initiative and tackling challenges.
• Excellent problem solving, communication and collaboration skills. 3 or more years hands-on experience
• Experience and/or expertise with several of the following:
o Programming Languages: Java Script, design patterns and design methodology; Microservice, multi-threading, Concurrency and parallel processing.
o Frameworks: Including but not limited to Flask, FastAPI, React
o Data Storage: Postgres, MySQL, Parquet, MongoDB, and Relational Data structure tools.
o Data Streaming: SQS, Kinesis, Kafka, and SNS
o Application Programming Interfaces (API): Consumption & Development; implementing service-oriented architecture (SOA) patterns; Web service technologies such as APIs, REST, JSON, SOAP, XML, JDBC, MySQL.
o Unit, interface and end user testing concepts and tooling (functional & non-functional).
o Automated testing
o Accessibility awareness
o Software security skills including secure coding, web application security and DevSecOps; Solid grasp of security concepts (authentication, authorization, encryption, digital signature, JWT), SSL, web service proxies, firewall, SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0).
o Dev Ops Tools & Practices: Branching techniques and usage of GitHub, Bitbucket or Subversion; DevOps, Jenkins.
o Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): Monitoring and logging techniques.
Required:
o At least 3 years hands on experience in Quadient Inspire Designer, Interactive and ICM developing customer communications.
o Creating communications that use Tickets in Quadient Interactive to guide the user experience and customize output
Preferred Qualifications:
o At least 3 years hands on experience in Quadient Inspire Designer, Interactive and ICM developing customer communications.
o Creating communications that use Tickets in Quadient Interactive to guide the user experience and customize output
o Content rationalization Concepts
o ADA document compliance
o Conversion experience from other Composition tools to Quadient
o Design Thinking
o Financial/Insurance industry experience is a plus, not a must
