Job Title : On-Site Delivery Coordinator / Picker
Location : Restaurant Depot, Cranston RI
Duration : 03 months On W2
Shift 1 : Monday to Friday, 6 : 00 am to 12 : 00 pm, Saturday 7am to 4 pm
Shift 2 : Monday to Friday, 12 : 00 pm to 6 : 00 pm, Sunday 9 am to 2 pm
Job Description :
Greet dashers & escort them through the store on the best path to find the requested items.
Ensure all items are picked as requested by the customer. Support dashers with delivery issues (e.g. customer cancels the order, red card declines at checkout, etc.)
Scan inventory in-store to ensure we have an accurate picture of in / out of stock items.
Support with ad-hoc tasks e.g. photographing items.
Records numbers, codes or other information.
May use technology (PCs, scanners, etc.) to complete job tasks. [TBD - Pending volume / operational complexity] Serve as the designated picker for all of the ordered inventory.
Picker would source all of the items, Dashers would simply come pick up the order.
