JOB DESCRIPTION
Servicing Sheboygan and Manitowoc Counties. Adult / Geri end of life patients only. Traveler can expect to receive up to -week of orientation, based on comfort level. Any color scrub or business casual acceptable.
CANDIDATE MUST HAVE :
- years hospice experience
- active RN license (WI or compact) and BLS (AHA)
If first time traveler, they must have Hospice and EPIC Remote Client experience
Technical skills required : End of life care / planning, wound assessments, care coordination, pain / symptom management, triage
