Job Title: Oracle IT Infrastructure Engineer II
Location: Phoenix, Arizona,(fully Onsite)
Summary:
Responsible for maintaining, installing, and configuring infrastructure and next-gen technologies, with a focus on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Supports environment management, patching, upgrades, and cloud cost optimization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in IT or related field 2 years of relevant experience (or equivalent)
- 3 years in IT cloud operations, including 2 years in OCI
- Proficient in environment management, OCI console, and FinOps principles
- Experience in multi-cloud or hybrid environments preferred
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks for incident, service, and change management
- Must meet PVNGS ERO and outage support requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and configure infrastructure technologies
- Manage and troubleshoot OCI services, including patching and migrations
- Implement FinOps for cloud cost optimization and enforce tagging strategy
- Develop design specifications and support system enhancements
- Document and ensure compliance with security standards
- Mentor junior engineers and provide incident support
