Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with a Master's degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in database engineering, delivery, and support.
- Strong ability to collaborate across teams to foster partnerships that drive organizational goals, with a passion for cultivating an innovative culture.
- Proven capability to lead a cloud database technology team, providing transparency and insights that are valuable to business teams.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle technologies deployed in both private and public cloud environments.
- Dedicated to building a strong team that supports the organization’s modernization objectives.
- Solid understanding of automation and orchestration tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and GitLab.
- Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) management and the Agile methodology.
