Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in software development and architecture.
- 5 years of IAM
- Hands-on experience with IAM platforms - CyberArk and CIAM
- IAM workforce and CIAM technology trends and standard processes
- Experience as the lead architect in designing, developing, and deploying IAM platforms that drive business critical applications with very large user base.
- Multiple Identity Provider experience
- Must have experience working in a highly regulated environment
- Must have great communication skills
- This role is an ambassador to the organization and will need to be hands-on and technical, but also convey to leadership the purpose of what they are doing
- Hands-on experience with IAM platforms, such as PBAC, PAM, Workforce, CIAM and Machine identity is a nice to have.
Good to have :
- Machine identity
- Cloud experience like ZScaler and Azure
- Understanding Risk Management
- ISACA certifications (there are 4-5 in this space); CISSP
