Role Highlights:
- The focus is to build and develop the nursing team and scrub tech pipeline to support a new ambulatory surgery center.
- Will oversee approximately 2 managers, with plans to build out FTEs as the center opens, the expected number is around 50 FTEs.
- The top surgical specialties in the ambulatory surgery center will include orthopedics, ENT, and GI.
- No on-call or weekend responsibilities.
- Bachelors degree in nursing or related field required.
- Master's Degree preferred
- Active Arkansas RN License required upon hire
- Ability to relocate to the state of Arkansas.
