Director, Ambulatory Services - Arkansas

Excellent opportunity for a senior leader to join one of the largest Children's hospitals in the country. As the Director, Ambulatory Services, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of pediatric care. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to build and launch a state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to lead strategic planning, collaborate across clinical teams, and bring innovative, family-centered surgical services to life.

Role Highlights:

• The focus is to build and develop the nursing team and scrub tech pipeline to support a new ambulatory surgery center.
• Will oversee approximately 2 managers, with plans to build out FTEs as the center opens, the expected number is around 50 FTEs.
• The top surgical specialties in the ambulatory surgery center will include orthopedics, ENT, and GI.
• No on-call or weekend responsibilities.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in nursing or related field required.
• Master's Degree preferred
• Active Arkansas RN License required upon hire
