Vice President of Patient Care Services - Upper Peninsula, Michigan (2 hours from Marquette)
Excellent opportunity for an experienced CNO to oversee 3 Critical Access Hospitals in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Key objectives include stabilizing operations, evaluating and improving nursing leadership and operational efficiency, and ensuring consistency in standards across sites. Ideal candidate will be progressive with a balance between being data driven and relational.
Requirements:
- Acute Care Hospital experience within small/rural hospitals
- BSN required. Master's preferred.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in progressive acute care leadership positions.
- Ability to relocate
- MI RN license or ability to obtain one required
