Vice President of Patient Care Services - Northern Wisconsin (1 hour north of Wausau)
Excellent opportunity for an experienced CNO to oversee 4 Community and Critical Access Hospitals in the Northern Wisconsin. This leader will be responsible for leadership development, quality metrics, and improving workflows. Ideal candidate will be progressive with a balance between being data driven and relational.
Requirements :
- Acute Care Hospital experience within small / rural hospitals
- Master's required, DNP preferred
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in progressive acute care leadership positions.
- Ability to relocate to Northern Wisconsin
- WI RN license or ability to obtain one required
