HireUp Talent is working with an established civil litigation and trial group that is seeking experienced associate attorneys for its Ft. Lauderdale office.
The ideal candidate will have a general civil litigation background including experience defending 1st party insurance claims. Responsibilities may include attendance at hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials, in addition to preparing client reports and motions to the courts.
Candidates must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to manage essential deadlines, as well as a strong work ethic and comfort working collaboratively in a team environment.
