Our partners have an immediate full-time opening for a Funding Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with our Assistive Technology Specialist (ATS), Speech and Language Pathologists (SLPs), and client families providing support and guidance through the entire funding process.
A day in the life of a Funding Specialist consists of :
- Verify insurance eligibility and review records for accuracy.
- Obtaining precertification / authorization for services.
- Submit professional claims and resolve claim rejections / denials in a timely manner.
- Utilize critical thinking and solid judgment to solve problems and make decisions throughout the claims management process.
- Provides support to clients and clinicians via phone and email.
