Reporting to the Senior Vice President, the VP will lead Community Relations and Field Operations, Program Support Services, and Program Compliance and Training departments, focusing on strategy, innovation, and performance optimization. Operating in a fast-paced environment, the VP will leverage data-driven analysis and reporting to make informed decisions and achieve organizational objectives.
Summary of Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership and Change Management
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for program management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Lead organizational change initiatives, fostering a culture of adaptability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Champion data-driven decision-making, utilizing analytics to identify trends, optimize workflows, and drive strategic outcomes.
Financial Leadership and Accountability
- Lead budgeting and financial planning across all departments, ensuring fiscal responsibility and alignment with strategic priorities.
- Conduct financial performance reviews, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize resource allocation while maintaining service excellence.
- Provide executive-level recommendations based on in-depth financial analysis to support organizational decision-making.
Program Operations Excellence

Qualifications and Skills:
Education

- 10 years of experience in program management, including 7 years in executive leadership roles.
- Proven ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high performance.
