Our partners are a certified GMP and Organic manufacturer and distributor of high-quality liquid dietary supplements, committed to promoting health and wellness. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Warehouse Lead to support and optimize warehouse operations while ensuring efficiency, organization, and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shipping & Receiving: Assist in coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments with sales, purchasing, and production teams. Operate forklifts to load/unload trucks and ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct periodic physical counts, and ensure proper storage of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods in compliance with GMP standards.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure warehouse procedures align with GMP, FDA, and USDA Organic regulations for dietary supplements. Support audits and maintain detailed documentation.
- Warehouse Organization: Optimize storage layouts for efficiency, implementing FIFO or FEFO inventory systems to maintain product integrity.
- Safety & Sanitation: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Ensure all equipment and storage areas meet safety and sanitation standards. Report maintenance needs and safety concerns promptly.
- Team Support: Assist in training and mentoring warehouse associates to ensure productivity and adherence to warehouse procedures.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience, preferably in supplements, food manufacturing, or a related industry.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with FDA regulations, GMP, and compliance standards in the supplement industry.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Forklift certification and experience operating material handling equipment preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
