THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Social Media Manager / Content Creator to elevate the online presence with two of our core product - actively engaging with the community and building organic growth across key social platforms.
In this role, you will :
- Engage and Represent : Actively participate in nanny / nanny employer Facebook groups, subreddits, and online forums to build brand awareness and authenticity.
- Create and Manage Content : Develop high-quality, engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and / or Pinterest. This includes videos, images, and written posts tailored to each platform.
- Community Management : Be responsive and tactful in handling messages, comments, and feedback on all platforms, especially addressing sensitive issues with care and professionalism.
- Influencer Marketing : Identify, engage, and manage partnerships with influencers to amplify our reach.
- Analytics and Reporting : Measure and report on the performance of social campaigns, providing actionable insights to drive improvement.
- Stay Ahead of Trends : Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies to maintain relevance and innovation.
