Job Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior programs
- Provide direct services and maintain a consistent client schedule
- Collaborate closely with families and clinical teams to ensure successful program implementation
- Work alongside colleagues to enhance treatment quality
- Report progress and updates to the Assistant Clinical Director of ABA
Education & Certification:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Sociology, or related field
- BCBA Certification required
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of ABA experience
- Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Work Schedule & Setting
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays
- Outpatient setting with a caseload of 27 billable hours per week
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
