Certified Athletic Trainer - Lead (Full-Time)
Location: Flint, MI
Shift: Primarily 1st shift (40 hours/week) with occasional 2nd/3rd shift as needed
About the Role:
We are seeking a Certified Athletic Trainer - Lead to join our team in Flint, MI. In this role, you will focus on injury prevention, symptom intervention, and wellness initiatives in an industrial setting. As a leader, you will train and develop team members, build strong client relationships, and contribute to workplace safety and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure workplace safety by enforcing policies and procedures
- Set goals, manage budgets, and oversee program success
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members
- Provide injury prevention and symptom management services
- Develop wellness programs and educational materials
- Foster strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction
Requirements:
- Degree in Athletic Training and Michigan licensure
- CPR/AED certification
- 3 years of experience in the health/wellness field
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Ability to work in diverse environments (manufacturing, office, outdoor)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
