Role: Certified Athletic Trainer Lead
Location: St. Louis, MO
Position: Full-Time | 1st Shift (occasional 2nd/3rd shift as needed)
About the Role:
We are looking for a Certified Athletic Trainer Lead to drive injury prevention and symptom intervention in an industrial setting. If you have leadership experience and a passion for workplace safety, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Enforce safety policies to maintain a safe work environment
- Set goals, manage budgets, & drive program success
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members
- Deliver injury prevention & symptom management services
- Build strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Develop wellness programs and educational materials
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in Athletic Training Missouri licensure
- CPR/AED certification
- 3 years of experience in the health/wellness field
- Strong communication & leadership skills
- Ability to work in diverse environments (manufacturing, office, outdoor)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
