Role: Clinical Supervisor
Location: Amesbury, MA
Position Type: Full-Time (Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week)
Salary: $70,000 - $78,000 per annum
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Supervisor to lead a dedicated team in providing effective clinical services. This role involves supervising and mentoring staff, conducting psychosocial assessments, overseeing treatment planning, and facilitating family interventions. The ideal candidate will have a background in substance use treatment and hold relevant licensure or addiction counseling certification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor clinical staff through individual and group supervision.
- Conduct intakes and substance use evaluations and assign clients to clinicians.
- Oversee the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and coordinate clinician placements.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance clinicians’ skills.
- Ensure compliance with licensure and accreditation requirements.
- Conduct patient psychosocial assessments and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor treatment progress and ensure accurate documentation.
- Supervise interns and collaborate with regional graduate schools to manage an internship program.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
- Active LICSW or LMHC (required for supervisory role).
- LADC I or equivalent certification in alcohol and addiction treatment (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mental health and substance use treatment.
- Proficiency with EHR/EMR systems.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience working with diverse populations and cultural responsiveness.
Additional Requirements:
- Provide direct supervision to clinical staff and interns.
- Must pass pre-employment screenings, including background checks and drug screening.
