Job Role: Mobile Nurse Practitioner (Wound Care)
Location: Bristol, VA-TN (Daily travel radius of 20–35 miles)
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Day Shift Only)

We are seeking a compassionate and driven Mobile Nurse Practitioner with wound care expertise to join our healthcare team in Bristol, VA-TN. This role involves traveling to patient homes or facilities within a 20–35 mile radius to provide high-quality wound care services. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive wound assessments and ongoing monitoring
- Clean, treat, and bandage various types of wounds using evidence-based practices
- Educate patients and caregivers on wound care, hygiene, and prevention
- Write orders and develop care plans to expedite wound healing
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Serve as a wellness educator and advocate for patient care
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN)
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
- 1–2 years of clinical wound care experience (required)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to conduct 4–5 patient visits per day within the assigned region

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN
Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No more than 24 per week
