Role: Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant
Locations: Sylva, NC (2.5 days/week) & Franklin, NC (1.5 days/week)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (No weekends, minimal on-call)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide patient-centered care in nursing home settings in Sylva and Franklin, NC. This role requires strong clinical independence and the ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision.
Ideal Candidate:
- Resides within a short driving distance to Sylva and Franklin, NC.
- Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating with facility staff.
- Able to provide comprehensive geriatric care in a long-term care setting.
Education & Licensure:
- Certified NP or PA with at least 1 year of experience.
- Open to RNs transitioning into an NP role.
- Active DEA license (or willingness to obtain).
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in geriatrics, primary care, or nursing home settings preferred.
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and manage chronic conditions.
- Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills.
