Role: Optometrist
Location: Neenah, WI
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends or on-call)

About the Role:
We’re looking for a compassionate and dedicated Optometrist to join our team in Neenah, WI. You'll be responsible for providing comprehensive eye care, from conducting eye exams and diagnosing conditions to prescribing corrective lenses and ensuring the highest level of patient care. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to offer a coordinated and holistic approach to patient well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive eye exams, including vision tests and refractive error evaluations.
- Diagnose and treat eye diseases and conditions.
- Prescribe corrective lenses (glasses and contacts) tailored to patient needs.
- Educate patients on proper eye care and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate and updated patient records.
- Address patient concerns with compassionate, patient-focused care.
- Stay updated with advancements in optometry and vision care.
What We’re Looking For:
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school.
- Valid Wisconsin optometry license.
- Skilled in conducting comprehensive eye exams and diagnosing common eye conditions.
- Experience working with a diverse patient population, including older adults.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Must be able to work on-site in the Appleton-Oshkosh-Neenah area.
- Bonus: Ability to speak multiple languages.
