Wound Care Nurse Practitioner – Phenix & Alexander City, AL
Locations: Phenix, Alexander City, AL | Job Type: Part-Time (2 Days)
Shift: Days | Flexible Schedule
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine check-ups to assess skin and wound conditions.
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute & chronic wounds with individualized care plans.
- Implement wound care treatments and ensure proper application & follow-up.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans for specialized wound conditions.
- Evaluate new patient admissions and develop effective treatment strategies.
- Maintain detailed documentation of patient conditions, care plans, and status changes.
Requirements:
- Current NP license in Alabama (AL).
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in wound care, managing complex cases.
- Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) preferred, but not required.
