THE ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Manager to oversee operations, drive customer engagement, and lead a high-performing team. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
This role is onsite in Lebanon, PA.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Operations:

Oversee day-to-day dispensary operations, ensuring compliance with security protocols, inventory management, and state/local regulations.

Motivate the team to execute initiatives, promotions, and programs effectively.

Manage inventory quality and accuracy, financial records, and Seed-to-Sale compliance.

Implement and oversee cash handling protocols, including daily reconciliation processes.

Align order and expense management processes with established budgets.
Customer Experience:

Inspire the team to deliver memorable, positive in-store experiences.

Lead by example during Leader on Duty (LOD) shifts, providing real-time coaching and recognition.

Ensure a seamless omni-channel experience across in-store, drive-thru, curbside, and delivery operations.

Drive customer retention and loyalty program goals, fostering repeat business.

Serve as a community liaison, supporting outreach initiatives and events.
People Management:

Partner with the General Manager to recruit, onboard, and retain top talent.

Build a culture of engagement and accountability through coaching, feedback, and recognition.

Motivate the team to exceed revenue targets and key performance metrics.

Develop schedules that align with business needs and ensure compliance with timekeeping policies.

Mentor team members and address performance challenges effectively and timely.
WHAT YOU WILL LIKELY NEED

3 years of experience managing teams in a retail environment, with proficiency in POS operations.

Cannabis and inventory control experience preferred.

Flexible schedule, with availability to work varying shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Reliable, dependable attendance.

Must be at least 21 years old, with a valid driver's license or state ID.

Knowledge of cannabis laws and regulations, with a passion for staying informed about industry trends.
