THE ROLE
Join our client’s team as Director of Product Management, where you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our client’s product offerings, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to market adoption. You will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with key stakeholders, and ensure seamless execution of the product roadmap, all while fostering innovation and maintaining operational excellence.
WHAT YOU WILL DO

Shape and implement the product vision and strategic roadmap.

Oversee the product lifecycle and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and leadership teams to develop business cases for new investments.

Lead and manage the performance of the Product Management team.

Ensure alignment across Product, Engineering, UX, and Infrastructure teams for smooth delivery of roadmap goals.

Promote cross-functional collaboration and involve stakeholders in the decision-making process.

Create and maintain policies and processes that improve team efficiency and alignment with overall strategy.

Represent our client both internally and externally, keeping key stakeholders updated on product progress.

Provide support for product implementations and engage in pre-sales activities when necessary.

Travel as required to achieve business objectives.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED

12 years of experience in product management or similar leadership roles, with at least 8 years in senior management.

Expertise in B2B/B2C SaaS products, with solid technical, business, and go-to-market knowledge.

Proven experience leading large-scale agile product development and driving process improvements.

Strong background in customer-focused product development and using data to guide decisions.

Leadership experience working with executives and mentoring teams.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical details to non-technical audiences.

Experience managing global teams and cultivating relationships within the event industry.

A history of successfully bringing products from concept to market adoption.

A degree in Business, Economics, or Marketing, with an MBA preferred.
