THE ROLE
We’re looking for a hands-on Director of Sales who can lead, strategize, and execute. This isn’t a traditional Director-level role—we need a builder, closer, and leader all in one. You’ll be managing a team of 6 sales reps (mix of BDRs and AEs) while actively working deals yourself, refining GTM strategy, reducing the sales cycle, and closing major partnership deals in the sports and entertainment industry.
What You’ll Do
- Lead & Grow the Team : Manage and mentor a team of 6 BDRs and AEs, providing coaching, structure, and support to hit and exceed revenue targets.
- Own the Sales Process : Develop and refine the GTM strategy, optimize pricing, and build a scalable sales playbook.
- Break Into New Markets : Help expand into sports, entertainment, and event-driven partnerships (conce rt venues, major league sports teams, ticketing providers).
- Drive Revenue : You’ll be expected to carry a quota and lead by exampl e.
- Shorten the Sales Cycle : Improve sales efficiency, optimize lead qualification, and enhance pipeline velocity.
- Close Big Deals : Secure partnerships with major sports teams, entertainment brands, and event organizers.
