THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced and inspiring General Manager to lead operations at a dispensary location. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of dispensary operations, from compliance and inventory to team development and community engagement.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Operations :
- Direct and oversee all dispensary operations, ensuring compliance with security protocols, inventory management, and state and local regulations.
- Drive revenue and profitability by executing company programs, initiatives, and localized promotions.
- Maintain accurate product inventory, financial records, and Seed-to-Sale compliance standards.
- Implement and enforce cash handling procedures and manage daily reconciliations.
- Conduct monthly audits and scorecard business reviews, identifying opportunities for operational improvements.
