Primary Skills (Must have)
1 Design, plan, estimate and architect M365 configurations, workloads, settings
2 Analysis and Recommendations for best practices
3 Proven experience with M365 security and configuration.
4 Manage and administer the Microsoft 365 (M365) environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and other M365 applications.
5 Manage and maintain M365 security policies and compliance requirements, governance, endpoint protection
6 Authentication methods, identity providers like OKTA, Conditional Policies, Health and Monitoring
7 Managing and configuring Intune Policies and device management best practices
8 Experience in Active Directory (AD), Azure AD and identity management services among others, network infrastructure
9 Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to M365 services.
10 Create and maintain documentation related to M365 services, policies, procedures, and system configurations.
11 Keep up to date with new M365 features and capabilities and assess their potential impact on the organization.
12 Knowledge on PowerShell Scripting
Secondary skills (Good to have)
1 Manage and maintain M365 backups and disaster recovery solutions.
2 Strong understanding of networking and security principles, including firewalls, VPNs, and network protocols.

Job/Role Description
1 Work closely with customers to demonstrate how their cloud strategy aligns with Microsoft technology.
2 Creating architectural designs based on customer requirements.
3 Deliver product presentations and configured demonstrations to prove our ability to meet a prospect s cloud adoption needs.
4 Act as the Technical Design Authority on projects alongside the Solution Architects.
5 Provide governance to projects and mentor members of the team.
6 Engage with customer stakeholders and ensure the recommended solutions are understood throughout the firm.
7 Maintaining technical knowledge by working closely with WinWire Microsoft account teams.
