2. Previous experience with forecasting, allocations and/or program/project financial governance
3. Expert Excel skills

1. TPAS, PCM, PMMT
2. Financial Analysis
3. Ability to prioritize competing priorities as well as meet deadlines
Characteristics of a top performer: Fast learner who works well independently as well as with a team
Required Education: College degree or equivalent work experience
