Our client is seeking a Technology Architect with a strong background in Salesforce Health Cloud to join their team. As a Technology Architect, you will be responsible for designing and delivering architecture solutions for Salesforce Health Cloud and other related platforms, ensuring they meet performance, capability, and scalability requirements. You will lead and provide guidance to a team of engineers, collaborate with stakeholders, and make critical decisions regarding the implementation of Salesforce solutions.
This is a hybrid role requiring the candidate to work 3 days a week in the office. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud along with expertise in Salesforce Omnistudio and Salesforce Technical Architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver Salesforce Health Cloud architecture solutions.
- Define and implement strategies that meet performance, capability, and scalability needs for platform/products/engagements.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing technical guidance and support to the team on Salesforce Health Cloud best practices.
- Lead and manage team decisions related to Salesforce Health Cloud integrations, including system integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that align with Salesforce Health Cloud implementation.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in Salesforce Health Cloud technology and apply best practices to the implementation.
- Work on integrating Salesforce Health Cloud with other business systems and technologies.
- Apply your deep knowledge of Provider Network Management and Salesforce Technical Architecture to ensure optimal system performance.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience as a Technology Architect or similar role, specifically within Salesforce Health Cloud.
- Master proficiency in Salesforce Health Cloud is required.
- Expert level of proficiency in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform is strongly recommended.
- Strong experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture and Provider Network Management.
- Proven ability to design, implement, and scale Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive key decisions.
- Deep understanding of system integrations, performance, and scalability requirements for Salesforce solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
- Experience working in the Health and Public Services (H&PS) industry is highly preferred.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience working in the Health and Public Services (H&PS) industry, specifically in health cloud technology implementations.
- Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud integration with other enterprise systems.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce development frameworks and tools.
Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
Additional Comments:
- This position requires local presence in Philadelphia with a hybrid work schedule (3 days in the office).
- The role requires a Technology Architect with significant experience in Salesforce Health Cloud and related technologies.
