Job Responsibilities:
- Design and Develop Database Structures: Design and implement new database systems based on project requirements. Database structures to include tables, indexes, views, functions, and stored procedures.
- Write Complex SQL Queries: Develop, implement, and optimize stored procedures, functions, and triggers using T-SQL.
- Database Performance: Ensure the performance, security, and availability of databases.
- Data Management Support: Provide data management support including data extraction and load of data related to engineering and construction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, business analysts, corporate database analysts, and other developers to meet business needs.
- Documentation: Prepare documentation and specifications for database design, coding, and testing.
- Performance Tuning: Analyze existing SQL queries for performance improvements and optimize database systems for efficiency.
- Problem Resolution: Identify potential problems and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Stay Updated: Keep up with recent technological advancements and industry trends in database development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, information Systems, or a related field
Experience:
Skills:
- Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL queries with in the context of stored procedures
- Ability to design and implement database schemas.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
