Job Opportunity: Office Personnel

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and dedicated individual to join our growing team in a business casual environment. This role offers the opportunity to work with both domestic and international/export markets, contributing to the ongoing success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Account Management: Manage customer accounts with a focus on providing exceptional service.
  • Logistics Coordination: Handle tasks such as processing and transporting shipments, ensuring smooth logistical operations.
  • Documentation: Generate, proofread, and manage various documents, including invoices and customs paperwork.
  • Marketing Support: Assist with sales events and related marketing projects as needed.

Note: This is not a sales position.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
  • Experience with standard office tasks, including scanning, copying, data entry, and filing
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze systems, solve problems, and approach tasks with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Self-motivated with a disciplined approach to managing deadlines
  • Excellent work ethic with a positive, “can-do” attitude

Highly Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Logistics experience
  • Inventory management knowledge
  • QuickBooks (QB) experience
  • Multi-lingual abilities

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $52,000 - $55,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
  • Benefits: Paid company holidays, paid time off (PTO), life insurance, health insurance, vision/dental options, profit sharing
