Job Summary
The Client Services Director will play a pivotal role in ensuring a high-quality client experience from initial contact through to the resolution of cases. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate leader, skilled in managing client-facing teams, and experienced in improving client satisfaction. This position will work closely with the legal team to ensure all client interactions reflect our firm’s core values and dedication to outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Support : Act as a trusted point of contact for clients, providing guidance on processes and addressing inquiries that do not require direct attorney involvement.
- Client Relations : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout their journey with the firm. Address and resolve client concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Management : Lead, coach, and develop the client services team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on client satisfaction and effective case management.
- Process Improvement : Identify, develop, and implement strategies to improve client communication and service delivery, ensuring consistent, high-quality client interactions.
- Coordination with Legal Teams : Collaborate with attorneys and other legal professionals to ensure client needs communicated effectively and cases are handled with the utmost care and urgency.
- Client Feedback & Reporting : Develop and maintain systems for gathering and analyzing client feedback. Prepare regular reports on client satisfaction and service metrics.
- Technology Integration : Leverage technology solutions to streamline client service processes and improve the client experience. Evaluate and implement tools for managing client communications and case updates.
- Compliance and Confidentiality : Ensure that all client interactions comply with legal, ethical, and confidentiality standards.
- Client Engagement and Growth : Identify and leverage growth opportunities, including cross-selling, upselling, and expanding service lines to meet evolving client needs.
- Marketing Strategy Development : Oversee brand management to ensure consistency and alignment with the firm’s values and target audience.
