We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Legal Intake Coordinator/Salesperson to be the first point of contact for potential clients. This role requires a strong sales acumen, confidence, and the ability to convert leads into clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Intake & Lead Conversion: Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and online inquiries to assess their legal needs and determine if they are a good fit for our services.
- Sales & Consultation: Utilize persuasive communication and sales techniques to convert leads into retained clients.
- Case Qualification: Gather essential details regarding potential cases and ensure the correct information is documented for attorney review.
- Follow-Up & Relationship Building: Proactively follow up with leads who have not yet retained our services to encourage conversion.
- CRM & Tech Utilization: Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions in our case management and CRM systems. Utilize technology to streamline the intake process.
- Collaboration & Process Improvement: Work closely with attorneys and staff to improve intake strategies and ensure seamless client onboarding.
Qualifications & Skills
- Sales-Driven Mindset: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably in a legal or service-oriented industry.
- Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Must be driven to meet and exceed intake conversion goals.
- Confident & Persuasive Communicator: Ability to build rapport, actively listen, and confidently guide potential clients toward retaining our firm.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with CRM systems, case management software, and digital communication tools.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: Strong ability to manage multiple leads at different stages of the intake process.
- Legal Industry Experience (Preferred): Familiarity with criminal defense law is a plus, but not required.
