THE ROLE :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Expert & Client Success to lead the marketing efforts of our law firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that enhances the firms brand, attracts new clients, and supports the growth of our practice areas. The Digital Marketing Expert & Client Success will ensure the firms marketing efforts align with its overall strategic objectives. An ideal member of our team must be creative, energetic, positive, happy, & smiles easily.
Key Responsibilities :
Marketing Strategy Development :
Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan that aligns with the firm's goals and objectives.
Identify and pursue new marketing opportunities to increase brand visibility and client acquisition.
Brand Management :
Oversee the firms brand positioning and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure their implementation across the firm.
Digital Marketing :
Lead the firms digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
Content Marketing :
Develop and execute a content marketing strategy that positions the firm as a thought leader in its practice areas.
Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including blogs, articles, white papers, case studies, and client newsletters.
Client Relationship Management (CRM) :
Manage the firms CRM system to track client interactions, enhance client relationships, and support business development efforts.
Utilize data from the CRM system to develop targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Needs to be comfortable answering the phone & handling the initial client intake / sales call as the first point of client contact
Event Management :
Plan and manage the firms events, including seminars, webinars, client appreciation events, and sponsorships.
Identify opportunities for the firm to participate in industry conferences and events.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis :
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the legal industry.
Perform competitive analysis to understand the firms positioning relative to competitors.
Budget Management :
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve marketing goals.
Track and report on the ROI of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications :
Minimum Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, and brand management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with others
Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
