We are seeking three talented Associate Attorneys to join our growing teamtwo in Oakland and one in Orange County. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated attorneys with 2-5 years of real estate litigation experience to advance their careers in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle real estate litigation cases, including landlord-tenant disputes, contract disputes, foreclosure defense, and property rights issues .
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, legal memoranda, and settlement agreements .
- Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials .
- Conduct thorough legal research and provide strategic advice to clients.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff on case strategy.
- Maintain strong client communication and ensure case progress aligns with client goals.
