Primary Responsibilities of a Crisis Therapist
Provide crisis intervention crisis and safety planning as clinically appropriate
Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with local providers
Participate in regularly scheduled clinical supervision team meetings case consultations and huddles as scheduled
Document all service activities and phone contacts within expected timeframes
Perform within acceptable standards of productivity
Maintain appropriate state licensure and certification
Make referrals to Recipient Rights Adult and Child Protective Services as required
Complete 24 hours of program and / or position specific training annually
Follow our clients professional code of ethics
Abide by all of our clients policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned
Schedule and Shift Details
Regular working hours are Monday through Thursday 8 : 30 am to 7 pm Friday 8 : 30 am to 5 pm and Saturday 9 am to 1 pm.
