Position Highlights :
- Salary : $250000 per year
- SignOn Bonus : $20000
- Relocation Assistance : Up to $10000 if needed
- Annual Bonus : Up to 20% based on quality measures

- Education Stipends : For continued medical education
- Qualifications : MD or DO board certified / eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Training : Geriatrics training not required
- Primary Care : Confident in delivering highquality primary care addressing both medical and social needs of senior patients
