- Dedicated MA per physician: Admin team helps MD focus on patient care-Quality of life: Focus on patients 8:30-5P, then go live your life
- NO at home charting
- NO Inpatient care
- NO Call/Weekends

- NO RVUs=Guaranteed salary
- Salary starting at $190-240K
