Job Summary:
In this role, you will provide high-quality, fast-paced patient care in a rural hospital setting. The ideal candidate is a skilled ER nurse with strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide emergency medical care to patients in critical condition.
- Assess, triage, and prioritize patient care based on severity and urgency.
- Administer medications, IVs, and other treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.
- Adhere to hospital policies, protocols, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
License: Active RN license in the state of practice.
Experience: Previous ER nursing is a plus!
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (or willingness to obtain).
Skills: Strong critical thinking, multitasking, and teamwork abilities.

Pay: $69,609.00 - $89,991.00 per year
