To expand outreach, we are hiring a Client Success Specialist in the Concord area. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, adhering to our client’s program guidelines, and maximizing outreach.
The Client Success Specialist will work with the executive staff to execute community outreach campaigns, meet with qualifying individuals, and drive enrollment for our government-funded telecommunications program.
Entry-Level Client Success Specialist Responsibilities :
- Increase client awareness on available promotions and services through in-person, interactive outreach initiatives
- Encourage customers to send referrals while qualifying leads and making sales
- Participate in classroom training sessions and product knowledge seminars
- Educate community members on available services
- Qualify buyers by using the buyer requirement standards and company policies
- Enhance our clients reputation by using top notch customer service skills
- Team management and mentorship
