- Manage inventory reports, volume reports, and quarterly tracking.
- Oversee and respond to email traffic related to event coordination.
- Physically set up rooms for meetings and events, including moving furniture and arranging heavy linens.
- Ensure proper setup and takedown of events while maintaining a professional and organized environment.
- Supervise event setup as needed, ensuring efficiency and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Solid background in catering, banquet services, or the restaurant industry.
- Strong business acumen, particularly in managed services or food service.
- Physical ability to move furniture, handle heavy linens, and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and general computer skills.
- Flexibility with scheduling, including early mornings or late evenings as needed for events.
