Job Title: RN - ER
Location (On-site, Remote, or Hybrid?): Berlin, WI (onsite)
Contract Duration: 13 weeks assignment
Work Hours: 7:00PM - 7:30AM
Total Weekly Hours: 36 hours
ER RN - 12hr nights - Theda Berlin - Berlin, WI *No travelers coming from a facility or their home location is within 50 mile radius of ThedaCare Corporate Center in Neenah, WI*Contract Length: 13 weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36
Primary Location: ThedaCare Berlin
Shift Requirements: 12hr NOCs
Start Time: 7p
**any missed shift must be made up within 2 weeks of the absence
Weekend Rotation: Up to every other (could be every 3rd)
Holiday Rotation: As needed
Float Requirements: Throughout facility within skillset, To all ThedaCare Facilities within a 60 mile radius
On Call/Call Back Requirements: None
Certifications: WI RN, AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, AHA PALS, TNCC & NIHSS (required)
Education: BSN not Required, Strongly Preferred
Minimum Experience: 3 years REQUIRED
Minimum 2 years ER experience REQUIRED
Charting: Epic within the last year REQUIRED
Critical Access Hospital
Patient Ratio: 1:4
Scrub Colors: BlackNo new travelers - AT LEAST ONE COMPLETED CONTRACT REQUIREDGSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed.
Pay: $2,350.00 - $2,442.00 per week
