Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help bridge disconnects in the sales process
- Build rapport with guests to build a base of referrals to establish a customer network
- Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing sales
- Help manage all other aspects of the department
- Purchase vehicles for the inventory from auction and off-lease returns
- Be ethical and transparent in leading operations
- Create a positive and legally compliant working environment and sales culture
Sales Manager Requirements:
- Possess more than three years of automotive sales management experience, preferred
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
- Strong Computer and Phone abilities (Internet, MS, Outlook, CRM)
- Knowledge of automotive systems
- Demonstrated ability to lead a sales team and communicate effectively
- Dedication to providing great customer service
Experience:
