BDC Agent – Automotive Dealership
We are seeking a professional, motivated, and customer-focused BDC (Business Development Center) Agent to join our automotive team. The BDC Agent is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, internet leads, and appointment setting to support the sales team and enhance the overall customer experience.
Job Responsibilities

Responds promptly to internet and phone inquiries with courtesy, accuracy, and professionalism

Schedules sales appointments and follows up with customers to confirm and reschedule as necessary

Maintains contact with prospective clients through consistent follow-up and nurturing

Updates customer records in CRM with accurate notes on all interactions

Assists with campaign follow-ups, such as lease retention, promotional events, and special sales initiatives

Works closely with sales team members to coordinate and support appointments and showroom traffic

Handles customer complaints or concerns, escalating when necessary to management

Tracks and reports lead sources, appointment outcomes, and customer trends
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong phone presence, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a self-starter who can manage time effectively and contribute to a collaborative team.
Education and/or Experience

High School Diploma or GED required

Previous customer service, call center, or automotive BDC experience preferred
