Your leadership will be key in driving the dealership's overall performance and maintaining its positive reputation in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all dealership operations, including sales, service, parts, and finance departments.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profit goals.
- Oversee customer service initiatives and ensure an exceptional customer experience at all touchpoints.
- Analyze financial performance and create strategies for increasing profitability while managing costs effectively.
- Hire, train, and develop dealership staff, including department managers and sales personnel.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock of vehicles and parts to meet customer demand.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, financial, and safety regulations in dealership operations.
- Foster a positive and collaborative culture among employees to maintain a high-performance team.
- Lead marketing efforts to drive traffic to the dealership, including advertising, promotions, and community outreach.
- Maintain strong relationships with manufacturer representatives, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Implement and enforce dealership policies and procedures, ensuring consistency across departments.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (5 years) as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role within the automotive dealership industry.
- Strong understanding of automotive sales, service, and financial operations.
- Exceptional leadership, management, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen with a track record of achieving financial targets and driving profitability.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze financial reports and develop strategies for improvement.
