Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and experienced IT Administrator that will support all dealership computer, phone and security systems.
Job Responsibilities
- Installs software programs, hardware programs, PC equipment and office equipment
- Manages and maintains mainframe, networks and servers
- Troubleshoots or repairs problems with hardware, software, and office equipment
- Updates Internet site, ADP system, phone system, and other applications
- Runs back-up files for ADP and back-up tapes for security
- Sets up new users on phones, voicemail, ADP, cellular phones, pagers, and software systems and train new users on communication equipment
- Generates phone or communication reports weekly
- Logs daily accomplishments
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS (Including Driver's License)
Operator's Driver's License (must be insurable); Microsoft Certification for System Engineers (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Certified Trainer(MCT).
